Matcha Pear Green Protein Smoothie
This is a great one to add your green smoothie diet because it’s a way to use one of the new popular greens that people are using now in their green smoothies. The ground green tea powder found in it delivers up some caffeine and the protein powder gives you the protein that you need.
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1 cup spinach
1 cored and chopped pear
½ teaspoon of matcha tea powder
Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and mix until nice and smooth. Pour and enjoy.
Orange Spinach Smoothie
This is a great one to add to your green smoothie diet because of the great boost you can get from the oranges, plus oranges make anything taste great.
1 navel orange
½ banana (frozen)
1 cup spinach
¼ cup coconut water
1 tablespoon hemp seeds or flaxseeds
Add all of your ingredients to your blender with a couple of ice cubes and blend on high. Add a little more coconut water as desired to get the consistency you want for the smoothie. Pour and enjoy.
Ginger Orange Green Smoothie
This wonderful little smoothie is a great one to add to your green smoothie diet because it not only tastes great with the orange flavor but it has a little bit of a kick with the ginger added to it.
1 ½ cups bottled water
4 generous handfuls of spinach
4 romaine leaves
2 navel oranges
2 ripe bananas
1” to 2” knob of fresh ginger
Rinse and prep the veggies. If you don’t have a high powered blender put the spinach and romaine in first and blend until smooth. Then you can add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. When it’s at your desired smoothness pour into glass and enjoy.
Blueberry Mint Green Smoothie
This is a beautiful purple colored smoothie. But don’t be fooled by its color, it’s still one that will fit your green smoothie diet because it has greens in it. This is a smoothie that’s full of antioxidants coming from the blueberries.
2 cups of spinach
2 cups of blueberries (one cup fresh and one cup frozen)
3 to 4 large mint leaves
1 cup of coconut water
1 cup of ice
Put all of the ingredients in your blender and mix well. Once blended simply enjoy this great tasting smoothie.
Flax and Oats Smoothie
If you are craving some whole grains, here’s a great smoothie that will give you just that.
¾ cup of milk
2 big handfuls of spinach
¼ cup rolled oats
½ scoop of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of flax
Top with granola
Add all the ingredients together except for the chips and granola. Mix the ingredients well and then add chips and blend until they are chopped a little bit and then pour into your favorite glass and top with granola.
Peachy Green Protein Smoothie
This makes a great breakfast smoothie for any green smoothie diet. It can also be a good one for a post workout snack.
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen peaches
½ cup frozen pineapple
2 cups of kale
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Add all the ingredients into your blender and mix until smooth.
Here’s a great smoothie that gives you a taste of the tropics while you get the benefits of great veggies as well. You get sweetness from pineapple and the creaminess you want from the avocado.
2/3 cup vanilla almond milk
2 large handfuls of kale leaves
1/3 cup pineapple chunks
½ of an avocado
1 cup ice
Put all of your ingredients into your blend and puree until it’s the consistency you want and then enjoy!
